We regret to
inform you that PPK (Punt, Pass & Kick) scheduled for 9/29/07 has been cancelled.
The gentleman that set the event up at Linwood School decided he is not going to
hold PPK this year. We coordinated with him as to not have two events in
such a close proximity and now it is too late to register. Our sincere
apologies.
NFL Flag Football
LARA/NFL
Flag football for boys and girls ages 6-12. LARA/NFL Flag Football is a
five-on-five football game. The
offensive team plays for a first down at midfield and a touchdown in the end
zone. Running and passing plays are allowed, although there are “no-running
zones” at midfield and near each goal line. The
defensive team covers receivers, rushes the passer, and grabs flags to make
“tackles.” LARA/NFL flag football is a great opportunity for kids to
enjoy the game of football without the physical contact.
