Due to the LARGE influx of new sales we have had the past several months, there has been a number of customers getting run time errors when they first fire up the software. I have found the majority of these are because of old or missing needed Microsoft dll's and extensions.
The following link has fixed the vast majority of these problems:
If your system is XP or 2000, please select this link: http://www.2020softwaresolutions.com/download/scripten_xp.exe
If your system is ME, 9x or NT 4.0 then this link: http://www.2020softwaresolutions.com/download/scr56en.exe
We haven't had any issues arise with Vista at this time. No links are available.
