As of release 4.0 we are changing the default directory away from “Program Files”. Windows Vista has forced this issue due to security issues. Now we are loading at the “root” level. The “2020SSI” directory will be located directly under your “C:” drive.
The following procedures are only necessary for customers who are loading an upgraded release of 3.x to 4.x of PRO or a 3.x to 4.x of SE. If you are upgrading from PRO to SE you will find file transfer information at our on-line support help board.
